In this role, you will assist clients in finding the best auto insurance coverage to meet their needs while providing exceptional service and support. Whether you're an experienced agent with a 2-20 license or 4-40 license looking to grow in the industry, we provide the training and resources to help you succeed.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate auto insurance policies based on their needs
and budget.
• Provide quotes, explain policy details, and answer customer questions.
• Process new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service
and retention.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate.
• Handle claims inquiries and guide customers through the claims process.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and policy changes.
• Active 2-20 or 4-40 Florida insurance license.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer systems and insurance software.
• Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is a plus.
• $20-23 and hour plus commissions.
